[Bf-python] [Patch]: Remove RST section in docs about row major vs. column major matrix modes

Hi,

I've just stumbled over the passage about matrix modes in the gotchas
section of the online python API:
http://www.blender.org/documentation/blender_python_api_2_62_release/info_gotcha.html#matrix-multiplication-is-wrong

  From my understanding of this commit, the above mentioned section
should be removed or at least modified:
http://projects.blender.org/scm/viewvc.php?view=rev&root=bf-blender&revision=42858

My patch simply removes the passage from the
blender/doc/python_api/rst/info_gotcha.rst section.
