[Bf-python] Scene not changing in python script

This is a limitation I've come across myself as well*. The solution I
ended up using was to pass the scene as a custom data context (see
link). It might be nice though if one of the developers could clarify
if there is a specific reason why we can't change scenes with python,
and if this could be added.
