[Bf-python] Access a dictionary in an ID property during UI layout

Hi, I'm trying to work on a UI for a script. I'm storing a dictionary as an
ID property on an object. I can access data fine in most places, but not
with UI stuff.

I'm need the equivalent of :

myRow.prop(Object, "['Level_1']['Value_1']")

This does not work for me  :(
I'd be ever so grateful if someone can help me  :)
