Hi there

We have been able to create a small group of YafaRay developers willing to collaborate. They are

Lead developer
Kim Skoglund (Kerbox)
kim.skoglund at gmail.com

Python developer:
Olaf Arnold (olaf) olaf.arnold at blenderuniverse.de

Both have experience working on the Blender 2.5 exporter for YafaRay

YafaRay Usabilty:
Alvaro Luna (Samo) alvarolunab at yahoo.es

These three fine men are already subscribed to the bf-python list or will be in the next hours. It is possible that in the future we can get more YafaRay developers interested in collaborating. Thank you Brecht for your work. Regards.

Alvaro

Hi Alvaro,

Ok. We've started discussing design topics now on bf-python. Even if
there is no time to make detailed design proposals or contribute code,
it might be good to provide feedback if you have any. Implementation
of these proposals can't really wait a month, and it's not easy to
make big changes afterwards. Though it may well be a while before
actual changes are in trunk.

Brecht.

At the moment our developers are deeply involved in fixing our upcoming release of YafaRay 0.1.2, the Blender 2.5 exporter and the XSI exporter, so it is not the best time for us for new endeavours. I hope that within a month we can get back to you with a group of people willing to collaborate. Regards.
