[Bf-python] Blender 2.5 & new Python API

Hi Stani,

thanks for the information.

I have worked since some years with Blender API 
(www.nelson-games.de\bl3m3g\)
but I do not really understand, what means 'Data API' 'Operation API'.

Where can I find more information?

I think the problem with Blender API is, that it should reach many 
goals, but it can't.

Is it an API for graphic programmer, who wants to extend Blender?
Is it a tool for programmer, who try to integrate Blender in their own 
software?
Is it a macro recorder for user, who wants to optimize their daily tasks?

What are the tasks of the new 'Data and Operation API'?

You can say about Microsoft Office what you want, but you should
look at Excel and the macros (VBA or something).
You can record your doings. See it as source code. Change the
code. Play it or make addins from it.

It meets all the goals I mentioned above.
