Clearly you didn't understand my last email. This patch successfully
breaks NumericType * vec. It is not o.k. and should not be commited.

managed  to remove the coerce PyObject from the VectorObject struct.
this is more of a re-gig, but I think its an improvement and works 
around some checks that were done before.
