[Bf-python] removing python based image baking scripts

cba has decided to remove all scripts but the ones he contributed to ..

even though such changes lead to losses of features 
I don't think you can do anything against that. .. he's strongly lobbying blender heads.
Perhaps you can sligthly postpone the day it will happen .. if you agree to put his name in your script (find a reason why you could name him into your script)

Otherwise, he will take your script .. remove your name from it .. and put his one as a replacment .. (after renaming variables)

Texture Baker .
