[Bf-python] doc issues

Here goes the patch to fix some thigs that don't appear at the
documentation.

Object.get/setDrawMode --> value 128 for transparent mode

Mathutils Vector --> vec / float/integer


Looking at the code of vector.c i've seen that  /=  isn't implemented
for vectors, and this would be interesting.
