[Bf-python] gradient tool

Hi malefico
here are weight painting and vcol paint gradient tools I promised ya, 
unluckily its too late for them to get into BF-Blender

* Both are accsessed from the "Paint" menu
* They use selected faces (Use face select mode- fkey)
* Once activated you need to click on the 2 parts of the mesh to blend 
between the 2 weights/colors
* The color is sampled under the mouse cursor so youll need to have 
existing colors/weights to blend between.
* if you want to blend to alpha- hold shift or click outside the mesh on 
the second click.
This should work in perspective and non perspective mode.
