[Bf-python] how to access a pop up?

I'd like to convert an object to a mesh:
    Blender.Window.SetKeyQualifiers(Blender.Window.Qual.ALT)
    Blender.Window.QAdd(winid, Blender.Draw.CKEY,1)
    Blender.Window.QHandle(winid)
    Blender.Window.SetKeyQualifiers(0)
now I get a pop up where I've got to press RETKEY or LEFTMOUSE
how can I get access to that pop up?
