[Bf-python] Lamp.Modes['NoSpecular']

Hi Everyone,

I have submitted a very tiny patch (#4270) to the tracker that adds 
'NoSpecular' to Lamp.Modes (and adds that entry to the documentation).

I assume that the absence of this mode was just a minor oversight, since 
'NoDiffuse' has been present for a long time.
