[Bf-python] 2.42 Release Notes

Hi,

We're preparing the release notes for 2.42, there will be a page in 
blender.org with links for more detailed ones in mediawiki.blender.org:

Blender's Changes since last version has a small section:
http://www.blender3d.org/cms/index.php?id=727

linking to:
http://www.blender3d.org/cms/index.php?id=763

that then points to the other pages.

It seems all or most of us are very busy, so help is appreciated 
(needed). If something is missing, it's because of that -- just update 
the wiki or, if it should be written in the blender.org release notes, 
ask Ton or me, for example, to add it.

Help with the wiki, since it's more detailed and more people have access
