[Bf-python] update to Apply_def.py

How about we add the softbody option to apply_def and remove
fixfromeverything? - we may even be able to make it automatic.
if theres anything else you want to add to apply_def then add it in or
request that I do.
Both scripts are fairly small and do the same thing. its no good to
clutter then menu's with multiple tools that both work differently.
lets do a merge.
