Yes, good timing, there's work to do for these additions before the next 
release, we didn't agreed on some points.

About Object.New(), since its deprecation would affect many scripts, I 
suggest we fix the problems (example: always link to the current scene 
unless user provides a to-be-added scene = <some scene> parameter, etc.) 
but not deprecate it for now. When the time comes for a new API, 
forgetting about compatibility for once, then it may go away.

Anyway, I'll update the wiki page with a "final" proposal for 
discussions and decisions for this release. Maybe we can discuss them 
before or after this Sunday's meeting. Then next week we can code the 
needed changes.  I have some planned things to do, some updates to 
scripts, etc. and should have enough time starting early next week.
