[Bf-python] NMesh Triangulate

Hey Ken, for the decemator Im writing I need triangles, I had a 
triangulate funcion for NMesh, but think it would do a lot of alloc'ing 
and was wondering if you could add a triangulat patch (Ctrl+T), seems 
that its probably as easy to add as remove doubles, or scanfill..

If youd rather me to patch, then Ill have a look :)
