[Bf-python] proposals for inclusion in the next release

Here are the scripts and plugins that I propose be included in the next release

As discussed previously it would be good to have some of the scripts
that fill important 'holes' in blenders internal capabilities have
menu item locations in the relevant menus added to better integrate
them.
