[Bf-python] cygwin compile probs w/ __imp__PyBool_Type in Armature.c

cygwin users cant compile now, seems to be independent of py version (2.3, 
2.4) - are using the python headers from blender lib cvs,

i have no idea what the 'cause can be. both who reported this now on irc had 
gcc 3.4.4 - is anyone else using that on some platform?
