Hi, this was reported in the blender forums - the obj exporter exports loose edges, I'm not sure if that is spec compliant (it might be), but certain importers - for instance XSI - fail on import of obj files with loose edges. So perhaps a warning flag and message should occur if loose edges occurred during export. LetterRip
