[Bf-python] epydocgen shows errors.

I'm seeing the same errors here, and looking through
some of the files (Ex: NMesh.py) found the errors
it was complaining about. There are some missing links:
"L{NMesh.NMFace.flag}" instead of "L{NMesh.NMFace.flag<flag>}".
"cvs status" shows everything up-to-date, and
epydoc is V2.0.
I can fix these up this morning and upload to the patch
tracker...
