Think I tracked this one down also.... posted to the bug tracker: https://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2476&group_id=9&atid=125 Looks like a problem with glRenderPos2i() and the scissor box; mayve someone with more OpenGL experience can look at it and see if I've got the right fix.
