[Bf-python] [Scripts bundle] 2 new scripts : "Split mesh by materials" and " Reorganizemesh for built effect"

The first one could  be useful for exportation . The second was asked by 
a french user on zoo-blender group .
If you are interested, they could be both added to the bundle scripts .
