[Bf-python] NMesh and edges informations

I'm done with this development.
You can find the patch attached to this mail.
I've compiled on both windows (VC6) and linux (gcc 3.2).

This patch has been made in source/blender/python/api2_2x directory.
I've also updated the doc in source/blender/python/api2_2x/doc directory.

Is this code ok to commit? Should I change something?
