OK, I've uploaded a patch to the tp_getset Materials.c file which 
replaces the redundant EXPP_ constants.  It's a little work, but nothing 
awful.  I'll upload future tp_getset patches with an additional patch to 
replace them also until I hear everyone's in agreement.
