[Bf-python] Scene Scriptlinks and scale

I should add, that you should not use glRasterPos2i if your scaling by a 
floating point, use glRasterPos2f instead.

Where should this do in the docs?

Should there be a page on scriptlinks? or just add notes in the Scene docs.
