[Bf-python] Attribute casing

Windows needs the python headers and python24.lib + python24_d.lib in
/lib/windows/python to get windows builds to link to 2.4. If we can do
that I'll get vc7 to link to 2.4. However, I don't know who the windows
platform manager is. I can build both python24.lib and python24_d.lib
and put out the header if I get permission from out windows manager :)

Sounds like a good enough reason. :)

I can commit MSVC 6 projectfiles changes to link to Py
2.4.
