[Bf-python] Blender / Python optimization docs

Hi I have been updating this doc, Jiri suggested that it be included in 
a somewhere in the Blender docs, or linked from Blender.org...
I noticed that the default python docs are including more details rather 
then just being a reference.

This doc was aimed at people writing importers and exporters but it has 
some usefull advice for anyone wanting to do python coding in Blender.
Any ideas as to where /if it could be included???
