[Bf-python] Making IK flag writable in the Bone class

That's right, so theres no exception testing with this implementation.

Well, I myself have tested all posibilities (including the warnings).

Has anyone else tested my patch yet? Is it worth/necessarry to provide a more accurate test script?

Any more ideas/concerns?
