[Bf-python] several new scripts

hello,
this is the link to a
pack of python scripts i've made. they all have a ui and
tooltips, and are made to integrate into the blender script menu.
for 2 of them there is a tutorial. I would like to see some of
them (or all) in the release. One of them was posted to the
forums more than 2 months ago(before 2.34, smooth weight groups),
but nobody did copy it to the CVS.
