[Bf-python] scripts menu : a themes submenu ?

Hi Jean-Michel and Campbell,

Indeed, and Matt suggested more than that, we will review names for 
menus and add more menu hooks for 2.36 (Campbell once suggested a Render 
one for exporters to external renderers, and Select menus should also be 
available, etc).
