[Bf-python] creating IPO

Sorry too to answer so late...

a) concerning the dRotX / DRotX thing. Stupid typo. I fix it right now.

b) Documentation of the API. I completely forgot to update it... I fix it too 
this evening.

c) Concerning the difference between RotX and dRotX, I'm sorry, but I dunno.
I tried to give the more complete access to IPO objects, but I don't really 
understand all these subtilities... If Willian's explanations are not 
accurate enough, I think you could find some help on IRC, server 
irc.freenode.net, channel #blenderchat
