[Bf-python] Patch- Added A Python Hook for the error function.

Your right!!!
 didnt see the PupMenu()
Ill have to add it Here as
Draw.PupError
Draw.PupNumInput
Draw.PupTextInput

Any comments (Does anybodt like this idea?)
