[Bf-python] getWorldMatrix() Implimented

It's great, and (think) the best option (maybe some day we need another
sopace, or kind of matrix, mmm...) Anyway, until now all scripts use the
default .getMatrix() refered to local space, so I'd follow the
compatibility criteria. Both look well...
