[Bf-python] Updated scripts in Blender

Hi,

I committed new scripts to Blender's cvs, updating/adding Anthony's,
Jean-Michel's and Campbell's donated scripts.  Here and there I made tiny
changes so that menu names and tooltips work fine.  This is an ongoing work for
2.34.

We're still looking for users' favorite scripts to bundle, so if you have
suggestions, go ahead.  As can be seen in the Scripts menu (Scripts win), the
available groups are:
Animation, Export, Import, Generators, Materials, Misc, Modifiers, Tools, Utils,
UV, Wizards.  At least some of them will later get space in other window's
menus, like import/export and uv already have.

I'll write a small doc for developers about how/where to add scripts to menus +
hints on script behavior, like: use the Blender.Draw.PupMenu popup to give
warnings and error msgs when they are short enough, make exporters aways check
for file extension (and append it if users didn't wrote it themselves) for
safety reasons.

If you make updates to the committed scripts, please email them to me or start a
thread over at elysiun for this, like "Updates to scripts bundled in Blender",
you choose.
