[Bf-python] Ipo/Ipocurve

I sent to the committers list a patch that also improves on Ipo and
Ipocurve module, and adds ipo functions to Lamp and Texture (get, set and
clear). The latest post about that is

and it has a link to the patch and a test .blend. The patch fixes two bugs
(#1435 and #1157) too. I asked for review over there since it also changes
some internal functions concerning ipo. Anyway, I'd like to hear comments
before I commit.

Note: this patch adds also Texture Ipos, see .blend for example.
