i realy like this idea of haveing a place that all python scripts are 
accesseable from the one page.

i had a proposal for something similar to this, here

i thing if this could be built into the blender interface, so people 
could update/ find new scripts with out leaving blender, we would have a 
big step up in the spreading(better word??) of scripts.
though like i said, i cant code so it would have to be up to someone 
else, but i would still like to help in some way.
