[Bf-python] Camera scripts - "Blix"

Hi Everyone,

I now have a new home at SourceForge for my scripts that perform:
    - Camera calibration.
    - Simple image based modeling and vision metrology by triangulation.
    - Least squares rigid body orientation.

The documentation is *very* scant at the moment.  However, those with 
some Python knowledge should still be able to make good use of it.
