[Bf-python] projects on blender.org again alife?

Hi,
I still can't upload to my blender spe project site. 
I also would like to create a mailinglist as more
people get involved in developping spe.  But none of
the functions seem to be working.  Is this only on my
site, or is this also for the other projects?
