[Bf-python] new Texture module

I'm honoured to join such a prestigious [and award-winning ;)] group :)

Hope you enjoy the Texture module! I'll try to get the rest of it 
written over the next couple of weeks [Ipo, EnvMap, ColorBand and Plugins].
