[Bf-python] new Texture module

Hi,

The new Texture module got the green flag, it was already committed.  Thanks
Alex Mole, our new bpython developer, who wrote the module and its doc and will
complete it after this release : ).

Please if you have time to, test this new module (and old ones too, try scripts
you have around).  CVS will be frozen tomorrow for the new release this week and
bugs are not welcome!
