[Bf-python] Lattice again

I think Im missing a few things from the lattice module :o oops.
I new a Get() function! I saw this when I was making the py docs.  Also the applyDeform() function needs to check to see if the lattice is linked to an object (i guess). Ill see what I can do. I just have a draft lattice.py here
