[Bf-python] Material

Hi,

Michel (since we exchanged some emails "long ago" deciding who would do
this), I need the Material module to finish NMesh, so I'll implement it
(the Material module), ok?  Doing that will help me understand things
better for what NMesh needs.

If someone is already working on it, just say it's already being written
and I'll stop, no problem.

That sandbox python script I sent the link to some hours ago looks
pretty good ...
