I wrote this mail as a part of a larger mail to Willian almost a week
ago. At that time my focus still was on the current work to port the
2.23 and 2.25 implementation to the new ideas. Of course my focus is
still there, but due to the interest _and_ work done by other
developers, I see it's possible to have some new modules in 2.28.
However, this is _not_ critical for the 2.28 release IMHO.
