[Bf-python] update

hi!

Here is the last version of Curve, Ipo, Metaball and Effect modules.

The bug which prevented  compilation for windows is fixed.
The semantic of get() is updated.
Doc is nearly complete.
There are also some .py files, which provide ***exhaustive*** testing 
(this is necessary, these files can be used as non-regression tests).
Still missing some docstrings  ;-( (parameters for which the semantics 
is not clear)
