[Bf-python] 2.28 Documentation Question

Thanks for putting it up!  I appreciate it.

Although I realize the documentation is incomplete, it would still be nice
if some version of the 2.28 documentation were linked to off of
Blender.org.  I'm sure there are plenty of people who would like to write
Blender scripts but can't do _anything_ at the moment because the Python
docs still being up in the air.  Minimal docs (descrbing avaiable methods
and class variables) would go a long way.
