Explain me what you want and we can put it there.  I took a look at the
structs and functions related to keys, specially in meshes.  We can
create a key/keyblock module after 2.28, but if what you need is simple
enough, it can be added now.

I don't understand enough yet about these things, but if you explain us 
what you need, we can probably work something out.
