[Bf-python] Texture module

Hi all,

Unfortunately, due to incredible workload at uni, I'm not going to be 
able to complete the Texture module before 2.32 gets released :(

So if you want it included, someone else will have to write it...

I'm sorry if this is letting you down- i should be able to write it 
after christmas though when my schedule has calmed down a bit.
