[Bf-modeling] Proportional Editing Improvements

Hi,

Would it be possible to make all tools work with proportional editing
Falloffs?

Let's say for example I got a crease I want to do. I could place the 3D
cursor at a point. Set the pivot point to the 3D cursor. Set the Falloff to
linear. And when I crease the amount will vary from 100% at the Cursor
position to 0 at the far end of the falloff radius.

Another example would be for beveling. When using the tool, the 3D Cursor
will act as the origin point for maximum beveling effect and the end of the
falloff will have the least amount of beveling.

Or edge slide would be another tool which could benefit from this. I guess
you could select the individual problematic edges and slide them manually
but still there is no falloff for nice transitions.

Now there are some issues with this. Currently the falloff blender has, is
just a circle with a variable radius. There are no viewport
manipulators(widgets) to define the exact radius/length/shape etc for the
falloff. Without them is it a little problematic. The cursor needs to act
as a limit, like slicing the falloff on one side. Hope that makes sense.

Let's keep it for discussion for now.

Thank You,
