[Bf-modeling] proper behavior for knife cut, midpoint snap mode

So is the decision here to make it so that the normal mode is "snap to
middle" (if you get close enough to the middle), but in that normal mode
you wouldn't snap to middle of intermediate edges, but if you hold down the
"Snap to Middle" key (Ctrl), it would snap to all intermediate faces?

If so, probably should change the text for the Ctrl key to be something
like "all-midpoint snap"; even then, it may seem confusing to have a key
that turns on something that is on be default.
