[Bf-interface] UI Meeting 09 March

Hey there,

I propose we do a UI meeting to define some initial ideas and
priorities for the 2.8 project; 09 March might be a good point to do
this.
The meeting would be after the regular dev meeting which is at 10AM
Los Angeles time zone (18:00 UTC).

If I get some quick +1's, I will do an announcement on bf-committers
and start working on a list of topics (UI meetings tend to be super
chaotic/noisy, we were wanting to prevent that).
