[Bf-interface] Grease Pencil Layout Proposal

Hi,

It's great to see that we've got an actual prototype of this now :)

I'm wondering why was the camera viewport moved to sit beside the timeline
here? To me, it feels like quite an awkward/uncomfortable place to have it
- both for seeing the results (the top-right corner works a lot better for
that IMO), and also because it reduces the width of the timelines (which
isn't something that's too nice to do).
